The law grants buyers a withdrawal period of 14 days for orders on the Internet or in the catalog. Both orders on the Internet and in the catalog are considered to be distance sales. Goods can therefore be returned within the period of 14 days. According to § 355 to 359 BGB the withdrawal period applies in principle.
